When does the 2026 MLS regular season start?
The 2026 Major League Soccer regular season kicked off on February 21, 2026, and will run through mid-December. Keep in mind that the league has a six-week mid-summer break scheduled from May 25 to July 16, 2026 (to accommodate international play), leading into the Leagues Cup in August and the MLS Cup Final on December 18, 2026.
